If initially there were few neighborhoods and boroughs where you could find trendy places to spend a nice evening, today fun is guaranteed in many areas of Manhattan and also in some areas of Brooklyn and Queens. One of the coolest areas lately is the East Village, a neighborhood with a stormy history that is increasingly becoming a trendy area of Manhattan, full of clubs of all kinds.

How does nightlife work in the Big Apple?

Precisely for this reason, I advise you to pack a shirt or a dress so as not to be rejected at the entrance. Absolutely avoid flip-flops, hiking shoes, and Bermuda shorts.
Finally, as far as transport is concerned, the New York subway is active 24 / 24H and is generally quite safe. However, if you are staying in an area that is not exactly quiet, you do not feel comfortable or you do not want to be conditioned by the train timetables, which pass less often at night, then call a taxi or an uber.
